We want you to be happy with your new friend, but if you are not completely satisfied please let us know.  Please use the form on the contact page for your comments or concerns.  You may return or exchange your purchase within 21 days of receiving it. The draggamuffin must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs cannot be refunded. Your refund will be in the same form or to the same credit card you used to purchased it. Each draggamuffin is carely inspected and packed with love. If you need to exchange your draggamuffin, we will ship the new one at no charge.
